A. Twin-desiccant Dehumidifiers:
This type of dehumidifiers have been built with "twin-desiccant-tower" principle, drying process and regenerating or cooling circuits are created simultaneously. Effective dry air capacity from 60 to 110m³/hr suitable for polymer drying applications involving particularly small quantities hygroscopic materials. Dried air has a dew-point of up to -40¢XC. Built-in process heater is one of the optional features.
B. Honeycle Dehumidifiers:
This type of dehumidifiers have been built with "Rotating Honeycomb" principle. The desiccant rotor slowly turns in which a cycle of dehumidification, regeneration and cooling is repeating simultaneously, hence it provides a far more steady low dew-point dehumidified air than the multi-tower dehumidifiers. It operates in a closed-loop system, dew-point of the dried air is up to -50¢XC and therefore particularly suitable for drying large quantities of hygroscopic materials. Effective dry air capacity from 100 to 1500 m³/hr. Built-in process heater is one of the optional features.



A. SHD(A) series Mipronic Hot Air Dryers:
This type of dryers can be either mounted directly above the machine feed throat or seated on a floor stand, ideally suited to continuous drying of 12 to 800 kg/hr of non-hygroscopic plastic granules at maximum 150¢XC. This type of dryers possess a microprocessor control system which contains digital setting of drying temperature, 99-hr auto start-up timer and fault diagnosis functions. Many practical features such as: heating chamber protective cover, double skin hopper, and main isolator are fitted as standard. 'A' models ( Hi-Heat version ) incorporate insulated hopper and able to dry up to 170¢XC.

B. SHD series Economic Hot Air Dryers:
Machine specifications are about the same as the Mipronic range. This type of dryers possess a conventional control system which includes an electronic temperature controller and a safety thermostat prevents overheating. 24-hr auto start-up timer is fitted as standard on the SHD50 and above. Maximum drying temperature is 150¢XC.

powered hopper loader draws dry air from the system to act as venturi source to form a semi-closed-loop loading configuration (see illustration), or to adapt with the optional separate powered hopper loader to form a closed-loop loading configuration (see illustration). Material drying capacity of 50 and 90 kg/hr respectively hence suitable for polymer drying applications involving particularly small quantities hygroscopic materials. Dried air has a dew-point of up to -40¢XC.

B. Honeycle Version:
Machine specifications are about the same as the Honeycle Dehumidifiers but more with process heater fitted as standard. This system includes an insulated drying hopper and a portable floor stand also an insulated material suction box in which the optional integral powered hopper loader draws dry air from the system to act as venturi source to form a semi-closed-loop loading configuration (see illustration), or to adapt with the optional separate powered hopper loader to form a closed-loop loading configuration (see illustration). Material drying capacity of 100 and 1500 kg/hr depending on models hence suitable for drying large quantities of hygroscopic materials. Dew-point of the dried air is up to -50¢XC.


A. SAL300 Single-phase Integral Powered Hopper      Loader:
Single-phase suction motor is fitted directly onto the bowl lid. Microprocessor control gives digital setting of loading timer and operational fault diagnosis functions. Counter-balanced flap and mesh filter are standard features. Electric level sensor, cloth filter, and self-cleaned filter are options. SAL300 has a conveying capacity of up to 200 kg/hr of plastics granules.

B. SAL400 Three-phase Integral Powered Hopper¡@     Loader:
Powerful 3 phase suction blower is fitted onto the bowl lid. Microprocessor control, counter-balanced flap, mesh filter and self-cleaned filter are standard features. Cloth filter and telescopic suction probe are optional features. SAL400 has a conveying capacity of up to 300 kg/hr of plastics granules.

C. SAL800 - 3000 Separate Powered Hopper Loaders:

SAL800/1000 series hopper loaders: Powerful three-phase suction motor and control are placed in a separate floor mount unit, leaves only a hopper bowl mounted on the machine. Microprocessor control, counter-balanced flap, mesh filter on bowl, secondary filter and self-cleaned filter are standard features. Electric level sensor, cloth filter and additional cyclone collector are options. Conveying capacities are 300 kg/hr (SAL800) and 400 kg/hr (SAL1000) respectively.

SAL2000/3000 series hopper loaders: Design principle of this type is similar to the SAL800/1000 but self-cleaned filter is not included. A vacuum breaking valve is additionally fitted as standard to give rapid material discharge. Addi-tional cyclone collector is an optional feature. Conveying capacities are 600 kg/hr (SAL2000) and 700 kg/hr (SAL3000) respectively.

A. Oil Mould Heaters:
STM120-O series oil mould heaters for heating up to 200¢XC. Pump output volume 40 or 60 litre/min., heating capacity 4.5 or 9 kW.

B. Water Mould Heaters:
STM120-W series water mould heater for heating up to 140¢XC. Pump output volume 50 or 100 litre/min., heating capacity 5 or 10 kW. Pumps are manufactured from corrosion-free phosphor bronze by Speck or Grundfos. All models offer rapid heating and accurate P.I.D. temperature controller Which provides digital setting and display of heating temperature.



A. Water-cooled Water Chillers:
KT series water-cooled water chillers suitable for operating in an ambient temperature of 35¢XC and above. This type of chillers offer cooling capacity from 8,800 to 180,000 Kcal/hr. Designed with efficiency and intelligent controls in mind, this series of high performance water chiller is engineered with outstanding refrigerating technology.
B. Air-cooled Water Chillers:
YT series air-cooled water chillers offer low noise running and no pollution, meeting environmental protection requirements due to no cooling tower is required. This type of chillers offer cooling capacity from 5,600 to 83,000 Kcal/hr. Combining maximum efficiency and superior performance in one unit, the YT series water chillers are easy to maintain and install.

These optional accessories are necessary for the water-cooled chillers.


A. PCK260 Sprue Granulator:
This granulator ( with 2hp motor fitted ) has been designed to be placed beside the press to reclaim the runner/sprue into granulates and then in-line or hand-fed recycling back to the machine hopper. Large feed aperture for easy feeding by either a robot or hand-fed. Heavy duty blades with scissors cutting angle. Reduced noise and dust levels. Safety devices and interlocks are designed to European standards.


B. PCK series General Purpose Granulators:
This series of general purpose granulators ( with 5hp up to 50hp motor fitted )are designed as a high quality, cost-effective waste recycling unit for: and is suitable for hand-fed of large rejected moulding parts or components. Full sound-proof on both the hand-fed hopper and cutting chamber is included as standard, the cutting chamber is fully enclosed by a front door and side covers also rear motor guard. Safety devices and interlocks are designed to European standards.



A. Horizontal to Incline:
The PCM series conveyor has 5-stage adjustable incline angle, 4 independent height adjustable legs, and variable belt speed. Belt width 250 to 450mm, overall length 1750 to 2430mm.

B. Horizontal to Decline:
The PCD series conveyor has 2 independent height adjustable legs, variable speed and intermittent belt moving control. Belt width 300 to 500mm, overall length 2500 to 5500mm.
C. Standard Straight:
The PCF series conveyor has 2 independent height adjustable legs, variable speed and intermittent belt moving control. Belt width 300 to 500mm, overall length 2000 to 5000mm.



Ratio Mixing Valve:
Two independent cylinders control the flow of virgin and regrind material. VR2 features a hand-held microprocessor controller, can be simply keying in the % of mix required. VR2 requires only a single-phase signal from the existing loader.
