Large Hot Air Dryers |

Instead of introducing hot air flow upward
into the hopper through a shade-separator from right-hand side
of the conical section as per the SHD12 up to SHD800 etc. smaller
models, these newly available "large" hot air dryers are designed
to introduce hot air flow downward into the hopper through a
diffusive cone from right-hand side of the hopper drum. This
design ensures a much better and steady drying efficiency because
hot air stream is evenly distributed toward the bottom conical
section. |

Hinged hopper is avoided
through the use of hinged door at front on these "large" hot air dryers,
so that cleaning of hopper inside is becoming much easier.
All the material contact surfaces are made from stainless steel. Effective
volume of the SHD800L, SHD1000L and SHD1200L is approximately 1300,
1600 and 2000 litres respectively. Double-skin or insulated hopper,
protective cover over heating chamber, base assembly with drawer magnet,
and control circuit built to comply with CE safety requirements can
be supplied as optional features. |

General Purpose Granulators |

This general purpose granulators are designed as a high quality,
cost-effective waste recycling unit; and is suitable for hand-fed
of large rejected moulding parts or components. Full sound-proof
on both the hand-fed hopper and cutting chamber is included
as standard, the cutting chamber is fully enclosed by a front
door and side covers also rear motor guard. Safety devices and
interlocks are designed to European safety standards. Motor
horsepower from 5 up to 50hp. |

Water Flow Regulators |

The FSM series water flow regulators
are designed to improve quality of parts through precise water
control and easy mounting on any make or model of plastics processing
machines. The FSM water flow regulators provide quick and easily
re-productive setting when changing molds as well as energy
saving by faster setting up. It can be assembled and used in
any combination from 2 to 12 zones (4 , 6, 8. 10 and 12 are
our standard combinations). |
